Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') carefully before using the ShopETK Store website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Customer') and ShopETK Store ('we', 'us', or 'our'), governing all purchases of computers, laptops, peripherals, and accessories through our platform.

2.1 Product Listings
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or images are error-free. All technical specifications (RAM, storage, processor speed, etc.) are sourced from manufacturers and are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer one of the following options:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A substitute product of equal or greater value (with your consent).
- A back-order arrangement, if the item is expected to be restocked.
2.3 Compatibility Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are compatible with their existing systems and software. ShopETK Store is not liable for incompatibility issues arising after purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)

- Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) — subject to bank approval
3.3 Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways
3.4 Failed & Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity. In cases of payment failure, the order will not be processed. Any amount debited during a failed transaction will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability or pricing. An order is confirmed only when:
- You receive a confirmation email with an Order ID.
- Payment has been successfully authorized.
- The item has been verified as available in stock.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors,suspected fraud, or inability to verify your identity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Shipping Areas
We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is available to select countries — please check our website for current availability.
5.2 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances:
- Metro Cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore): 1–3 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
5.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Expedited and express delivery options are available at additional cost.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return & Replacement Policy
At ShopETK, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.Please review the following guidelines for replacements and cancellations:
6.1 Product Replacement
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories,documentation, and protective material.
If the original packaging is damaged beyond reuse, the product should be securely repacked in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Replacement must be initiated within the timeframe specified in our replacement policy.
6.2 Damaged or Faulty Items
- If an item arrives damaged in transit, it must be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery with proper unboxing videos & photos.
- If the package appears damaged upon receipt, please record the damage on the delivery note signed with the courier.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it and process a replacement if the claim is found to be valid.
6.3 DOA (Dead on Arrival)
For faulty electronic items, customers are required to contact us within 2 days. After 2 days, please contact the nearest authorized Brand Service Centre for repair or replacement under the brand's warranty terms.
6.4 Proof Required for Replacement
To process any replacement or claim, customers must share the following within 48 hours of delivery:
- A video of the unboxing process (from the moment the package is opened).
- Photographs showing all sides of the box, inner packaging, the item itself (if damaged or incorrect), and the shipping label.
6.5 Replacement Requests Accepted If:
- Product delivered is damaged or defective.
- Incorrect product delivered or significant mismatch from the description on our website.
- Product is used or essential items/accessories are missing from the package.
6.6 Replacement Not Applicable If:
- Product is no longer needed or was purchased by mistake.
- Product was custom-made (On-Demand) or arranged Back-to-Back.
- Return request is raised after the allowed return window.
- Complaints found to be false, frivolous, or baseless.
- Product seal is broken and no technical issue is found.
- Product is damaged by the customer due to improper handling.
- Product is part of a combo/set and cannot be returned individually.
- Product has been used and shows signs of wear.
7. Warranty
7.1 Manufacturer Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer or through their authorized service centers. Warranty periods vary by product and brand.
7.2 ShopETK Extended Warranty
We offer optional Extended Warranty plans on eligible products at the time of purchase.Extended warranties cover hardware defects beyond the manufacturer's warranty period and are subject to separate terms.
7.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or accidents
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Software issues not related to hardware defects
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ShopETK Store website — including text, graphics, logos, product images,and software — is the exclusive property of ShopETK Store or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Key points include:

- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of our products or services.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai,Tamil Nadu.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage customers to resolve disputes through our Customer Support team. We are committed to addressing all complaints within 10 business days.
